1. Product Care & Maintenance

To keep your product in optimal condition, we recommend the following:

Use lukewarm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean your items. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.

For tougher dirt, soak the item in lukewarm soapy water for 10 minutes before brushing gently.

For extra shine, use a jewelry polishing cloth with a suitable cleaning solution (avoid abrasive materials).

⚠️ Important Notice:
Do not expose your items to chemicals, including but not limited to:

Liquid silver polish

Chlorine (swimming pools, hot tubs, spas)

Harsh detergents or cleaners

Items made of silver may be treated with oxidized finishes for detailing, which can be damaged or permanently altered by chemical exposure. USWoodenMap is not responsible for wear or damage caused by improper handling.

 

 

2. Modifications to Site and Services

USWoodenMap reserves the right to modify or update the website, product offerings, pricing, or terms of service at any time without prior notice.
All changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

 

 

3. Limitation of Liability

USWoodenMap shall not be held responsible for:

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force.

Loss or corrosion caused by wearing items during bathing, swimming, or hot springs.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer — in such cases, no refund or reshipment will be issued.

Any damage or loss resulting from customer behavior or external circumstances is not covered by any return or warranty policy.

 

 

4. Shipping Liability Disclaimer

For orders shipped without optional shipping insurance, USWoodenMap is not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
Customers assume full responsibility and are encouraged to contact the relevant shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) for resolution in such cases.

 

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered for any reason, even if it has not yet shipped.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

 

 

6. Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty claims, regardless of any issues that may arise.

 

 

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Arbitration
International Customers:

In the event of any dispute that is not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to arbitration through the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall follow HKIAC rules in effect at the time of submission.
The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding.

U.S. Customers:

Any disputes will be governed and resolved under the laws and jurisdiction of the State of Illinois, USA.
Arbitration results shall be considered final and binding.

 

 

8. Eligibility for Use

You may not use USWoodenMap services or accept these Terms if:

You are not of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law.

You are prohibited by law (local, national, or international) from accessing our services or products.

 

 

9. Payment Processing

Payment services for goods and services purchased on this site are provided by USWoodenMap or its authorized partners, in accordance with local regulations.
